Well, the icons I'd want in the right column would be for all of the default items and commands available in the Customize Start Menu tab of the Settings dialog (except for any customized items, of course). I think that many, if not all, of the icons can be found in the new Segoe MDL2 Assets font in...

I really like Classic Shell, but I'd really love if somebody could make an skin like this from StartIsBack (with right pane glyphs, circular user image frame, All Programs glyph, submenus arrows, etc.).
