I GET A WINDOW THAT SAYS - INTERNET EXPLORER HAS STOPPED WORKING. A PROBLEM CAUSED THE PROGRAM TO STOP WORKING CORRECTLY.

I LOADED DOWN THE UPATE OF CLASSIC SHELL AND EXPLORE WILL NOT RUN FROM THE SHELL. IT DOES RUN FROM WINDOWS 8 TILES. IT RAN BEFORE THE UPDATE. WHAT DO I DO TO MAKE IT RUN?
