I was using a previous version with Win 10 and the clock worked fine. Since updating to 4.2.4 there is no access to the clock controls. Right or left click on the clock I don't remember. And Win 10 did a nice job of the clock control. This seems like a bug in the implementation of the 4.2.4 taskbar....
