All I know is that for my case, once I updated classic shell, it went away, is it possible there is a registry entry that is being affected

I found a bug that was resolved by updating classic shell. For some reason, any window (internet, menu, program) was being deselected at random. Different lengths of time depending upon what was being done. I would then have to click the window to resume what I had been doing. Like I said, this appe...
