Ran 45 min then Timed out. looks like I will just stay with 4.1.0. I can uninstall 4.1.0 but even this version will not install I have to revert system to earlier time to get 4.1.0 back

I did the following:

At Cmd promt > classicshellsetup_4_2_4.exe /I* log.txt
This did not do anything

I am running version 4.1.0 and wanted to upgrade to lastest version. The new version will not install goes as far as the install window when I click on install it just sits there no activity
I uninstalled 4.1.0 and tried again to install lastest version Still no success.
I have Windows 8.1 Pro
