Thank you, seya21, but I cannot install Windows Installer Cleanup utility, even with Administrator rights. Weird.

I tried everything but it did nothing. My bad: I shoudn't have erased the folder the day before. Thank you for trying to help me untill now.

After having tried several times, both 4.2.1 files failed to install/uninstall the same way.
