Thank you. It turns out the solution was even simpler. On the W10 Pro machines, I have "Classic with two columns" selected. On the W10 Home machine, I had "Windows 7 Style", which is (obviously) why it behaved like Windows 7. Changing it to "Classic with two columns" ga...

I have Classic Shell 4.3.0 installed on three machines. W10 Pro x32, W10 Pro x64, and W10 Home x64. On the two W10 Pro machines, when I click "Start > Shutdown", it displays a menu with "Shutdown" as the default, and several other options selectable. On the W10 Home machine, it j...
