I know I may seem like an idiot but I cannot find the installer, where would I find that?

I uninstalled classic shell off of my windows 8 dell laptop, I was told I needed to reboot it. When I rebooted it and I logged in, my screen was black Except for the cursor. I have access to the task manager but I've tried a lot of things and can't seem to fix it. Please help
