I was able to resolve this error. For anyone else that might have this issue. What I had to do was go into the registry under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes|Installer\Products and rename the file that was associated with Classic Shell. I believe I had version 4.2.1 and the file name for me was...
