The last version (may 2013 ?) I used on a win8 machine would skip the micro's start page !
What I'm asking is -in version 4.2.1.0 is this normal on 8.1 to not skip the win start page ?
Or am I doing something ?

Dear ALL - After working on this- I finally think I have a cure ! First make sure that this program is NOT already on your pc.
