Hi. Since I upgraded to Windows 8.1 there is some kind of setting in Classic Shell that makes Quick Launch toolbar disappear after a reboot. I tested this by uninstalling Classic Shell and then QUick launch toolbar gets saved by Windows and reappears after reboot as normal. With default Classic Shel...
